Noemi - Intense Step 1.5

The Noemi Intense 1.5 injects moisture, peptides, beeswax, shea butter, vitamins and other ingredients deep into the eyelashes and eyebrows.

This minimises and protects the damage caused by the permanent wave agent.

How to use:

•  Use after the first step, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the eyelashes or eyebrows and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
•  If your eyelashes or eyebrows still look healthy, apply a thin layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion after the first step and leave it on for 2 minutes. You don't have to remove them, you can apply the setting lotion immediately.
