Noemi - Developer Cream 3%

Thanks to a creamy consistency it facilitates mixing and does not drip during application. 

Application:

• Mix the Noemi Dye with the 3% Solution in a ratio of 1:1. 
• Leave for 10-15 minutes depending on the desired results.
