*Please note that general wear and tear or incorrect usage of voltage is not covered under warranty.

Please provide the following details:
- Video demonstrating the issue
- Customer’s Invoice - including date of purchase
- Customer’s shipping details
If a replacement heater is required we will kindly ask the customer to send through a photo showing the cord of the wax heater has been cut.
We will then organise a replacement heater to be sent directly to the customer.
